"I ONCE WAS LOST"
"For God so loved the world, that he gave his only Son, that whoever believes in him should not perish but have eternal life. For God did not send his Son into the world to condemn the world, but in order that the world might be saved through him. Whoever believes in him is not condemned, but whoever does not believe is condemned already, because he has not believed in the name of the only Son of God."
( John 3:16-18)
Walk-Line: John 3:16-18 is one of the best passages of Scripture to use in sharing the Gospel. It is the Gospel message in miniature. It explains God's main motive for rescuing man-kind. That motive being "love." And it's not just love for a certain people, but "God so loved the world." That includes you and I. The whole world was lost in sin, and headed for hell.
God's part in this salvation plan, was to send His Son Jesus to be our Savior. Our part is to believe that Jesus is God's Son, and that He is our personal Savior. This process of faith involves repentance of our sins, and baptism for the cleansing of those sins. (Acts 2:38) Jesus' part in the salvation plan was not to condemn the world, but to save the world. Have you allowed Jesus Christ to save you? Have you surrendered your life to our Savior? You can do it today! Talk to someone who has given his/her life to Christ. Let them help you to make the most important decision of your life. GP
John 3:16, is a message of hope and love.
Given to us from our Father above.
He sent His Son to a world lost in sin.
And salvation is ours, if we believe in Him.

Was Blind, But Now I See."
