" I press toward the goal for the prize of the upward call of God in Christ Jesus."(Philippians 3:14)Walk-Line: What is the upward call of God for your life? That is a good question, considering that we spend most of our lives trying to meet our goals, and expectations. We're not pressing toward God's will for our lives, because we're too busy trying accomplish our own. The upward call of God is first to receive Him as Savior and Lord. Secondly, to live for Him, and serve Him with all of our heart and soul. It's time for us to stop fighting with the world, and press on towards the upward path, to all the blessings God has for us today, and forever.
What are we pusuing in our lives today?
Is it our goals, our vocations, our plans?
God has an upward call to press on to.
He has a prize the world doesn't understand
