"Then he said to Jesus, “Lord, remember me when You come into Your kingdom.” And Jesus said to him, “Assuredly, I say to you, today you will be with Me in Paradise.” (Luke 23:42-43)
Walk-Line: People may ask, "What happens to us after we die? Do we immediately go to heaven? Yes, If we have accepted Jesus Christ as our Savior, we go immediately to the place called "Paradise." Other Scrptures that relate to this are:
"We are confident, yes, well pleased rather to be absent from the body and to be present with the Lord." (2 Corinthians 5:8)
"So it was that the beggar died, and was carried by the angels to Abraham’s bosom. The rich man also died and was buried." (Luke 16:22)
"And if I go and prepare a place for you, I will come again and receive you to Myself; that where I am, there you may be also." (John 14:3)
When we die, where do we go?
As a Christian, our departure is not slow.
Immediately to the arms of Jesus,
to the place of precious "Paradise"
Where we will abide in peace, Forevermore.
