THE KING IS COMING!
"And when He had come into Jerusalem, all the city was moved, saying, “Who is this?”
(Matthew 21:10)
Walk-Line: This coming Sunday, March 24, 2024, is Palm Sunday. It is the event of Jesus' Triumphal Entry" into Jerusalem.
Jesus fulfilled the prophecy of Zechariah 9:9 "Rejoice greatly, O daughter of Zion!
Shout, O daughter of Jerusalem!
Behold, your King is coming to you;
He is just and having salvation,
Lowly and riding on a donkey,
A colt, the foal of a donkey." Just as the people welcomed Jesus into Jerusalem on that day, have we welcomed Jesus into our lives? Have we allowed Him to be our personal Savior, and Lord of our lives?
If we haven't, we need to do it, before there is no opportunity.
As Jesus entered Jerusalem,
On that great triumphal day.
He waits for us to open the gates of our hearts,
So that He can eternally stay.
