Reach Out And Touch Someone! 

 "Let no corrupt communication proceed out of your mouth, but what is good for necessary edification, that it may impart grace to the hearers." (Ephesians 4:29) 

 Walk-Line: AT&T used the slogan "Reach Out And Touch Someone" in a 1980s ad campaign to encourage people to use their phone service. How simple, intimate, and convenient, is a phone call. Of all the technical means of communication, I believe the phone call is the best. And now with our cell phones, that we carry with us, we can reach and be reached wherever we are, and at any time. And we need to do what Paul writes in our Scripture verse: Ephesians 4:29. No negative corrupt words are to come out of our mouth, but only that which is encouraging, and "impart grace to the hearers." In the 1942 Disney film BAMBI, Thumper the rabbit says: "If you can't say something nice, don't say nothing at all." I challenge the saying: "Sticks and stones may break my bones, but words will never hurt me." Words do hurt, and sometimes for a lifetime! GP 

Reach out and touch someone, 

In a loving encouraging way. 

Never use negative words that hurt,
