Finally, brethren, whatever things are true, whatever things are noble, whatever things are just, whatever things are pure, whatever things are lovely, whatever things are of good report, if there is any virtue and if there is anything praiseworthy—meditate on these things." (Philippians 4:8)
Walk-Line: As it has been said, "We are what we eat", it is also true that "We are what we see, and think." The apostle Paul shares with us what I call the "Whatever things." Whatever is true, noble, just, pure, lovely, of good report, of virtue and praise, we are to meditate, or think on these things. There is much of this world that is negative, selfish, and immoral. If there is constant thought on these things, we will end up molded in the ways, and sways of the world.

Thoughts of life’s good and bad deeds.
Whatever is good, concentrate on these.
To do wrong will be stifled.
To do right will never cease.
